Extremely precise laser marking

Laser engraving

Bring a design to life with laser engraving.

Engraving a logo, name, call sign, pattern or texture, it’s all possible!

Laser engraving is extremely precise and indelible, these permanent marks are made by removing a thin layer from the surface.

This versatile part marking method can be applied to almost any material.

Some examples of this are: stainless steel, plastic, rubber, wood, glass, mirrors, stainless steel and of course also on objects with a Cerakote coating.

That is also why we offer Klean Kanteen products on our webshop, these high-end products give us the possibility to fully personalize!

With our rotary laser engraving setup, your artwork can be placed on the front, the back or wrap all the way around the bottle!

Engraving from logo to texture

The laser technology overcomes the hardness of the product and allows a fine marking to be made at a high speed, also the finished piece cannot be damaged by using machines.

Laser engraving is suitable for all kinds of projects, from a simple aesthetic engraving such as a logo or a name to hard engraving work to obtain texture, for example.

In addition, no harmful substances such as solvents, inks or other chemical products are used and is therefore an economical and environmentally friendly option.

For laser engraving or laser cutting, we need scalable vector artwork in an .AI, .EPS, or .SVG file format.

Possibilities and limitations

Only black and white images are possible, as the laser cannot distinguish color.

These must always be supplied in a vector file format and not as a raster image, more information about these file formats can be found here.

By using different techniques, we can possibly obtain color with laser engravings.

Laser marking can be used to achieve a variety of results, from house number plates or name plates, jewelry and gifts to engine parts and industrial applications.

Keep the material in mind, each material is different and can react differently to the laser.
